  • Echinacea – Echinacea purpurea

    Elecampane – Inula helenium

    Marshmallow – Althaea officinalis

    Thyme – Thymus vulgaris

  • Recommended Dosage:
    Adult (12+ years): 7.5mL 2-3 times daily
    Child (5-12 years): 5mL 2- 3 times daily
    Dilute each dose in 10-30mL of water or
    juice and consume immediately.

    Not to be used in pregnancy, lactation and by children under 5 years of age
    without medical advice.

    Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
